CT Real Estate Licensing Requirements
The State of CT requires that you must have a real estate license before beginning a career in real estate. The three steps to a successful career are:
1. Enroll in prelicensing school. Contact us for the requirements or guide to courses.
2. Apply for and pass the state exam. Once you pass the above course you will be ready to take the CT exam.
3. Business building and skill development. Once you obtain your license, Century 21 Neil Realty, Inc. will provide a training and support program to lead you in your career path. We will guide you in all ways, and provide the materials and tools, while offering continuing support toward your goals.
